Our Story
Flo (named after our 42ft Jeanneau) was founded in Singapore in 2011 to cultivate the capacities, relationships and spaces that enable leaders, teams and organisations to navigate complexity and change through executive coaching, team coaching and organisational development.
Since moving to Norway in 2017, we work at the intersection of inner development and systems transformation, bridging diverse perspectives and practices in support of regenerative futures.
Through a wide ecosystem of communities, we create spaces for cross-pollination of ideas and collaborations around shared challenges and opportunities. These include the Regeneration Collective for a thriving UN and planet, the Presencing Institute, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) ecosystem, the Climate Coaching Alliance and the Work that Reconnects.
We recently launched the Biocultural Resilience Network, a living network of stewards from local communities and partners for ethical knowledge sharing, mutual support and long-term value creation across generations.
